 For the velocity profile $\frac{U}{U_{\infty }}=\eta$ , the momentum thickness of laminar boundary layer on a fat plate at a distance of 1m from leading edge for air (kinematic viscosity = 2 x 10-5 m2/s) flowing at a free stream velocity of 2 m/s is given by

(a) 3.16 mm                 (b) 2.1mm

(c) 3.16 mm                 (d) 2.1m
