Statement (I):  Given a flow with velocity field $\bar{V}$, $\Delta \times \bar{V} = 0$  if the flow is incompressible.

Statement (II):  Given a flow with velocity field $\bar{V}$, $\Delta \cdot (\Delta \times \bar{V}) = 0$

(A) Both Statements (I) and Statement (II) are individually true and Statement (II) is the correct explanation of Statement (I)

(B) Both Statement (I) and Statement (II) are individually true but Statement (II) is NOT the correct explanation of Statement (I)
