Two strain gauges fixed along the principal directions on a plane surface of a steel member recorded strain values of 0.0013 tensile and -0.0013 compressive respectively  $E = 2\times 10^{5}Mpa$ and $\mu = 0.3$. Given that the value of MPa and the largest normal and shearing stress at this point are     

(a) 200 MPa and 200 MPa

(b) 400 MPa and 200 MPa

(c) 260 MPa and 260 MPa

(d) 260 MPa and 520 MPa
