The heat transfer coefficient for a gas flowing over a thin flat plate 3m long and 0.3 m wide varies with distance from the leading edge according to h0(x)  =10x-1/4 W/m2 K. Calculate (a) the average heat transfer coefficient (b) the rate of heat transfer between the plate and the gas if the plate is at 1700 C and the gas is at 300 C, and (c) the local heat flux 2m from the leading edge.
