Water flow through a smooth circular pipe of diameter D and length L because of pressure difference DP across the length. The volume flow rate is Q and the flow is turbulent with Reynolds number 105. If the pressure difference is increased to 4 DP the volume flow rate will be

(c) A little less than 2Q
