A right circular cylinder is filled with a liquid upto its top level. It is rotated about its vertical axis at such a speed that half the liquid spills out, then the pressure at the point of intersection of the axis and bottom surface                     

(a) is same as before rotation

(b) is half of the value before rotation

(c)is quarter of the value before rotation

(d) is equal to the atmospheric pressure
