Determine shear angle

Question

A bar of 70 mm diameter is being cut orthogonally and is reduced to 68 mm by a cutting tool. In case mean length of the chip is 68.9 mm, find the cutting ratio.  Determine shear angle also if the rake angle is 10^0.
